General description of the problem

The first year of life is the most crucial, as it is a period of intense growth, during which a child's body doubles in size. All organs and systems grow and develop during this time. The primary milestone of the first year of life is the acquisition of independent actions, culminating in walking.

The gradual learning of complex movements is an essential part of forming a comprehensive perception and sensations, which are the foundation of cognitive development. Any disruption in a child's natural development program will inevitably lead to various consequences. Therefore, it is vital to identify and address these issues in time, so that unresolved problems fr om earlier stages of development do not carry over to subsequent stages.

The stages of physical and cognitive development are interconnected and interdependent. When the pace of motor skill formation is disrupted, signs of delay in emotional and cognitive development emerge, which can eventually lead to serious conditions.

Any factors that lim it the volume of physical activity from the first day of a child's life slow down the pace of development and impede the growth of the child's body. This leads to a deterioration in tissue quality, the development of signs of connective tissue dysplasia, dysfunction of the hormonal system, and a weakened immune system.

Features of Treatment for Children with Developmental Delays

Biomechanical methods allow us to correct any orthopaedic and neurological abnormalities from the very first days of life, preventing them from progressing into more severe diagnoses such as cerebral palsy (CP), polyneuropathy, hydrocephalus, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), intellectual disability, autism, severe diseases of internal organs, heart conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, and vision impairments.

4. Children with Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or Hyperactivity, including those with Disinhibited social engagement disorder.
5. Children with Heart, Vascular, Bone, Joint, and Spinal Diseases.

Our medical strategy

Professor Blum's method allows for the identification of risks and early signs of developmental delay in a child fr om the very first days of life. It helps to prioritise issues and develop an individualised program to eliminate risk factors, restore normal development pace, address both obvious and hidden consequences of impaired growth and development, and compensate for physical and locomotor deficits, all while considering relevant pathogenetic mechanisms.

These programs are designed for children from their first days of life, including healthy newborns with negative tendencies (as a preventive measure), preterm babies, those who have experienced asphyxia, birth injury, hypoxia, cesarean section, infection, intensive medication treatment, or who have been in intensive care and on mechanical ventilation.

The proprietary diagnostic system identifies risk factors and allows for the problem to be addressed at an early stage, preventing serious illnesses in the future. We believe in taking action rather than waiting and merely observing, or hoping that the child will outgrow the issue on their own. Weak points will inevitably develop into pathological compensations, which in turn lead to diagnoses.

Successful recovery of functional performance and structural integrity of the locomotor system, as well as the body as a whole, is ensured by the method's ability to target weak links with unique precision. This restores the tissue structure and function of connective tissue and the muscle, epithelial, and nerve cells embedded in it. Proprietary methodology

The diagnostic system based on six macro-blocks, developed by Professor Blum, enables the identification of all risks and adverse tendencies from the first days of a child's life. This approach takes into account the child's medical history, biological age, and accumulated developmental deficits. Our goal is to prevent the development of pathologies. The earlier the recovery process begins, the higher the chances of fully compensating for all deficits and removing the child from the risk group by the end of the first year of life.

Each child has unique characteristics related to congenital asymmetry of the body and its parts, acquired deformities and imbalances, as well as uneven tissue development and formation:

2. Enlarged ventricles of the brain, increased intracranial pressure.
3. Premature closure of the fontanelles.
