General problem description
We want to remain young, energetic, healthy, and beautiful regardless of age. To achieve this, it is essential to maintain the cleanliness and health of the body's internal environment—the vital space where all the cells that make up our organs and tissues function, are born, and die.
Under normal circumstances, natural detox processes occur automatically, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, as bodily functions and toxin buildup happen continuously as well. However, the conditions of the modern world have a negative impact on the human body, and over time, it can no longer cope with this task. Natural detox mechanisms begin to fail, creating a need for regular support to enhance their function.
The aging of our bones and ligaments, the slowing down of intestinal and endocrine gland functions, weakened immune system, the development of conditions for chronic diseases, and the degeneration of cells—all these are consequences of the accumulation of waste and toxins due to the dysfunction of detox systems. What conditions are necessary for the detox process to be "like clockwork" at any age?
The first condition: The body must be symmetrical. When the body is in balance, there is no room for stagnation—processes run efficiently, cells renew in a timely manner, toxins are eliminated, and waste does not accumulate. Any imbalance, deformation, or asymmetry divides the body into life-active and life-passive parts and organs. Life-passive areas, those that are less used, become "waste container," where damaged cells, toxins, waste, and medication residues accumulate.
The second condition: An adequate circulation speed of blood, lymph, cerebrospinal, and other tissue fluids—what is often referred to as "turnover." Every fluid in the body must move through vessels and interstitial spaces at a set speed, according to the laws of rheology. When this flow slows down, blood and lymph thicken, filtration and cleansing decrease, and stagnation occurs in the vessels, organs, and tissues, disrupting metabolism and the rate of tissue renewal.
To ensure high turnover of biological fluids, the body has built-in systems of "pumps" and "drains." It’s important not only to deliver the required amount of fluids but also to remove the excess in time. The continuous, uninterrupted functioning of these pumping and drainage mechanisms is driven by "motors"—the deepest muscle layers. The state and function of these deep muscle layers determine the flow rate of all fluids in the body.
The third condition: The body's energy resources must be high. This is essential not only to maintain the body's symmetrical state but also to ensure an efficient pump-drainage process. That is why fatigue, stress, emotional and physical burnout, lack of sleep, and chronic illnesses lead to toxin buildup—they exhaust the body, drain its "battery," and result in a shortage of vital energy.
If these three conditions are met, the body’s natural detox process will function at an optimal level. However, modern individuals require regular active external support to maintain these conditions and ensure the cleanliness of the body's internal environment. At Professor Blum's Centre, a detailed check-up is conducted to identify asymmetries and body geometry disruptions, assess the condition of deep muscle layers, and evaluate the overall energy levels. Based on the collected data, a personalised detox program is developed.
Types of detox we work with

- Remission of chronic diseases.
- Reduction in medication dosages or cessation of drug use.
- Elimination of steroid metabolites and post-cycle recovery for athletes using sports pharmacology.
- Increase in overall vitality.
- Reduction in biological age.
- Normalisation of body weight.
-
Restoring body symmetry and geometry
-
Activating venous and lymphatic drainage
-
Improving tissue fluid circulation
-
Increasing the body's energy resources
-
Eliminating stagnation and swelling
-
Detoxification at the cellular level and within the body's internal systems
-
Supporting deep muscles and drainage pumps

Slowing aging and promoting rejuvenation
Our medical strategy
Professor Blum's approach is based on identifying and eliminating dysfunctions in the body's detox systems. These dysfunctions are revealed through diagnostic and analytical examination of the results from a comprehensive check-up and biomechanical testing. The following factors are determined:
- Pathological obliquity of the pelvis – displacement of the lumbar spine (hyperlordosis), displacement of the thoracic spine (kyphosis), chest deformity (lowered rib arches), and weakness of the diaphragm. As a result, this leads to increased intra-abdominal pressure, organ prolapse in the abdominal cavity, impaired function of detox organs, valve dysfunction, reduced vascular tone, impaired blood and lymphatic outflow, resulting in stagnation and toxin buildup.
- Organ displacement – a lowered diaphragm creates pressure on the liver and gallbladder. Deformations in the thoracic spine, particularly at the thoracolumbar junction, lead to the displacement of the pancreas and duodenum. The downward and forward shift of these organs causes a displacement of nerves, veins, arteries, and lymphatic vessels. Compensation occurs, leading to increased tension in the diaphragmatic openings, compressing all vessels and nerves that pass from the pelvis and abdominal cavity into the chest and upward. This disrupts blood flow and lymphatic drainage at an even deeper level, worsening stagnation and toxin buildup.
- Compensatory degenerative-dystrophic changes and reduced mobility in the spine, as a reaction to the pathological obliquity of the pelvis. The body’s attempts to maintain a correct vertical posture result in further imbalances and deformations. This leads to dysplasia and coxarthrosis of the hip joints, causing right-left imbalances and a series of cause-and-effect patterns that also contribute to stagnant processes and impaired elimination of toxins and waste.
The identified dysfunctions, along with lifestyle, habits, body constitution, genetic predisposition, and past illnesses, are analysed and integrated into a personalised DETOX program. The program necessarily includes three key components:
- DETOX – enhancing drainage functions by restoring venous and lymphatic outflow, combating general and localised stagnation and swelling, and removing toxins from the body.
- ANTIAGE – improving microcirculation of tissue fluids, creating optimal conditions for cellular rejuvenation.
- BALANCE – restoring body symmetry and geometry to reduce unnecessary energy losses, eliminating tension, tightness, and body deformations to restore a high level of vitality.
Proprietary methodology
A patented system of methods, techniques, and specialised equipment allows for targeted influence on the key processes that determine the state of the body's detox systems. Comprehensive prevention of chronic diseases is carried out, improving the function of the digestive and cardiovascular systems, while conducting deep tissue detox, starting from the bones, spine, and joints, to the detox of the skin and subcutaneous tissue.
The proprietary rehabilitation equipment offers unparalleled adaptability and precision, with preset intensity, required angles, accelerations, and dozens of other controlled parameters. This ensures a planned response from the bone, muscle, and fascial structures, guaranteeing the restoration of symmetry, improving the "turnover" of tissue fluids, activating metabolic processes, removing toxins and metabolites from the body, restoring microcirculation at the deepest level, and stimulating cellular renewal.

Program Goals
-
Cellular detoxificationRestore the cleanliness of the internal cellular environment, flush out toxins, and remove them into the interstitial (extracellular) space.
-
Detoxification at the interstitial levelRegulate the function of the circulatory and lymphatic systems, restore the intense flow of interstitial fluid, and cleanse the intercellular space.
-
Detoxification at the organ levelRestore the functional activity of the intestines, kidneys, liver, lungs, skin, and subcutaneous tissue. Eliminate stagnation of mucus, bile, undigested residues, and excess fluid. Cleanse and flush the detox organs.

Q&A
The most effective period is when the first signs of toxin buildup begin to appear, typically around 30-35 years of age. At this stage, the body’s tissues have greater regenerative reserves, which should be fully utilised. Annual check-ups followed by a personalised detox program can deliver optimal results, helping to maintain overall health and prevent further buildup.
The cost of the basic program is 600 euros per day without accommodation, or from 719 euros per day with accommodation in a standard double room at the on-site hotel.
-
