Pregnancy Preparation

This program is designed for women who want to improve their reproductive health, prepare for natural conception, pregnancy, and childbirth, and recover quickly after giving birth.
In today’s world, conception, a healthy pregnancy, and the birth of a healthy child have become increasingly challenging. According to WHO data from 2022, approximately 15% of couples are diagnosed with infertility, pregnancy loss occurs in 10–25% of cases, 63% of births involve complications, and cesarean sections are performed in 30% of cases.
Who this program is for:
- Women who want to support their reproductive health and prepare for pregnancy
- Women looking to restore their bodies after childbirth and breastfeeding
- Women with a history of difficulties with conception, pregnancy complications, or traumatic birth experiences
- Women experiencing hormonal imbalance, PMS, irregular cycles, or painful periods
- Women with pelvic organ prolapse, weakened pelvic floor muscles, or urinary incontinence
- Women with sacral or lower back pain, or abdominal muscle separation (diastasis recti)
Our medical strategy
The female pelvis, hormonal system, and body tissues are biologically designed to support pregnancy and childbirth. This gives women unique biological advantages but also makes them more susceptible to certain conditions and health challenges. Our programs for women are focused on the prevention of these issues through a comprehensive, proactive approach.
-
Restoring body symmetry and alignment: improving the function of the spine, pelvis, joints, ligaments, and fascia
-
Deep lymphatic drainage: detoxifying the body, smoothing subcutaneous tissue, and supporting an intensive cleanse
-
Breathing optimization: enhancing the function of the rib cage, diaphragm, lungs, and bronchi to increase cellular oxygenation
-
Strengthening connective tissue: improving the elasticity of skin, intervertebral discs, menisci, and ligaments
-
Balancing and restoring effective function of the back, glutes, and feet: activating weak muscles and releasing tight muscles and fascia
-
Improving the function of hormonal organs: increasing blood flow to the ovaries, thyroid, adrenal glands, and pituitary gland
-
Eliminating the effects of stress: deeply relaxing facial and body muscles, and releasing muscular tension and blockages
-
Boosting overall energy levels and vital resources

Special check-ups and in-depth diagnostics based on Professor Blum’s method make it possible to identify predispositions and develop a personalized program tailored to each woman's individual characteristics. This is especially important during the preparation phase for pregnancy, to address and eliminate factors that may complicate pregnancy and childbirth:

The quality of connective tissue determines the elasticity of the skin and ligaments, as well as the body’s ability to regain its shape after pregnancy. Strengthening connective tissue helps prevent:
Restoring proper pelvic biomechanics is essential to reduce the risk of:
Proprietary methodology
A patented system of methods, techniques, and specialized equipment enables targeted influence on the key processes in a woman’s body that determine the ability to conceive, carry, and give birth to a child.
The proprietary rehabilitation equipment features unprecedented adaptability and precision of impact, with preset intensity, required angles, accelerations, and dozens of other controlled parameters. This results in a predictable response from the bones, muscles, and fascial structures, ensuring the activation of metabolic processes, improved lymphatic drainage, restoration of microcirculation at the deepest level, and stimulation of cellular renewal. In this way, the method supports the key indicators of fertility:
RESULTS ACHIEVED BY OUR PATIENTS
Olga Samsonova — Michael’s Mom
Olga turned to Professor Blum’s clinic after struggling to conceive. Together with her husband, they sought the root of the issue and underwent comprehensive testing at a specialized clinic in Spain. The results showed that everything was fine on her end, but on her husband's side, sperm motility was nearly zero. Doctors concluded that natural conception was impossible and recommended IVF.

“I absolutely didn’t want to go down that road. From my friends’ experiences, I already knew what hormonal preparation for IVF is like, the failed attempts, and their consequences. Most importantly, I knew what kind of children could be born through such conception. I had read that they are often born prematurely, get sick more often and more severely, have genetic abnormalities, and often struggle to have children of their own.
We decided to try biomechanical training — no medication. My husband started the “Men’s Health” program at Dr. Blum’s Center to improve fertility. We wanted to understand why this was happening to him — a former athlete, a healthy young man — but none of the doctors could give us a clear answer. Dr. Blum, however, had his own opinion and a clear goal: to restore blood flow in the pelvic area.
My husband trained intensively at the Center for three months. He also followed all the lifestyle and dietary recommendations: regular cardio workouts, running, and detox.
After three months of training, we got the results — his sperm parameters were all normal! You should’ve seen the surprise on the face of the doctor who had been monitoring him. Most importantly, we had confirmation that natural conception was possible. And just two months later — it happened! I got pregnant. The long-awaited pregnancy came, and we had a healthy baby. The birth went smoothly, without complications.
We went to Dr. Blum right from the maternity hospital for a check-up for both me and the baby. Two weeks later, we started sessions — I worked on restoring my body and women’s health, and our baby joined the “Newborn – Health and Prevention” program to support proper development.
Now Michael is 4.5 years old — a healthy, active boy doing all kinds of sports. We still visit the Center from time to time — now for preventive care.”
How Does the Program Work?
We use a comprehensive approach, targeting all levels of women’s health:
Comprehensive body wellness considering habitual style, rhythm and lifestyle, hereditary predispositions, body constitution, past illnesses and injuries.

Objectives of the program
-
Restoring and strengthening the musculoskeletal system for optimal biomechanics and loadTo strengthen all parts and segments of the musculoskeletal system, restoring optimal body alignment, posture, strength, flexibility, and balanced muscle structure. To restore the biomechanics of the pelvis, hip joints, and spine, and to stabilize the lumbar-thoracic region in preparation for the physical demands of pregnancy and childbirth.
-
Relieve tension and aging signsTo release stress stored in muscular spirals, relieve tension in both deep and superficial muscle layers, and eliminate signs of uneven or premature aging, as well as visible indicators of chronic conditions.
-
Improve circulation, drainage, and pelvic organ functionTo optimize the function of pelvic organs, restore vascular elasticity, improve venous outflow and microcirculation, enhance blood flow and drainage, and stimulate the elimination of toxins and metabolic waste from the body.

Q&A
At SBR Hotel, nutrition is an integral part of the wellness and recovery program. All diets are developed according to the methodology of Dr. Bardadin, who has been creating personalized nutrition plans for premium spas and wellness hotels for over 15 years.
Our menus are based on natural, carefully selected, unprocessed ingredients. The diets include foods with high nutritional value and low calorie density, promoting natural weight loss, metabolic balance, and overall well-being.
Structured diets – meals are balanced in terms of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. The menu supports improved digestion, strengthens the immune system, and helps restore the body’s natural balance. Each nutrition program is customized to the guest’s specific goals — whether it’s detoxification, weight loss, blood sugar regulation, or strengthening bones and joints.
• Bacterial vaginosis – can lead to miscarriage, as disruptions in the vaginal microbiota often cause inflammation of the fetal membranes and placenta.
• Cervical dysplasia – may result in cervical shortening and an increased risk of miscarriage.
• Diseases of the urinary and reproductive systems – the kidneys, bladder, and urinary tract are under increased strain during pregnancy, so it’s crucial that these organs are in good health.
It’s highly recommended to find a qualified gynecologist already at the pregnancy planning stage — someone who will guide you through the entire pregnancy and assist during childbirth.
